FOAMTECH, Inc. was
founded in 1995 by Richard and Claudia Waggoner. In the
beginning, Foamtech manufactured and sold only soapsticks. As
sales and resources grew, Foamtech expanded into the liquid side of
the business. Foamtech now employs twelve.
